Court orders Movhera to pay municipal property tax (IMI) on dam: "You cannot expect the rules to remain unchanged for 34 years"
Court rules in favour of the municipality of Miranda do Douro: IMI must be paid and applies to the entire property. The municipality says the decision is “a beacon that lights the path for all other municipalities with dams that are taking on EDP and Movhera”.
