He states, 'I have come to see what went well and what went wrong, the support that is arriving and the support that is delayed. And above all, to leave a word of hope, that this tragedy is not stronger than our conviction, our energy, and our belief in this country and these territories.' He added, 'I want this week to give a voice to the people who have lost their voice. That is also one of the President's functions.
