Libertas debuts “build Portuguese” concept with 70 million euro investment in Montijo
The Libertas group is launching Modjo Riverside, a 217-apartment private condominium in Montijo, featuring a strategy focused on high national incorporation of products and services. CEO Pascal Gonçalves states that 80% of the project's labour, materials, and architecture will be sourced locally to support the national economy. The development, which includes T0 to T3 units, aims to provide accessible housing with prices starting at 240,000 euros for a one-bedroom apartment, with construction scheduled to finish by the end of 2028.
