Following the acquittal annulled by the Évora Court of Appeal, the six defendants return to court in October. The reason for the postponement: cases involving detained defendants were given priority.
The trial was supposed to begin this Tuesday at the Évora Court.
The alert was raised at 12:08 PM. The two men were transported to Évora Hospital — one by INEM helicopter, the other by ambulance. Thirteen emergency personnel were mobilised to the scene.

The six defendants in the case of the road collapse in Borba, in the Évora district, which caused five deaths in 2018, will face trial again in April after the Court of Appeal ordered the trial to be repeated.
The road link had been closed on the 12th.
