The prosecution alleges the pair misappropriated 4,380 euros together, with one officer also misappropriating an additional 3,060 euros alone. The female officer faces 14 counts of embezzlement and 14 counts of abuse of power, while the male officer faces 27 counts of each. The prosecution has requested a ban on holding public office and the forfeiture of the illicit gains to the State.
