Government approves 12 million euro support for Douro winegrowers

The Casa do Douro is a public association (associação pública) that represents winegrowers in the Douro region, which is famous for its Port wine production. It manages regional viticulture regulations and helps protect the interests of local farmers, particularly during market downturns or crises involving grape surpluses.
