The study emphasizes the need for a coherent territorial strategy to address these inequalities and support students effectively.
This is one of the changes to the proposal presented earlier this month to rectors, presidents of polytechnics, and students.
Students from households with incomes below the poverty line will also receive the maximum school grant. The calculation of support will now take into account the cost of living in the municipality of the educational institution and whether the students are living away from home or not.
