Customer service at the Navegante Point in the Cais do Sodré River Terminal will be open from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, announced TTSL – Transtejo Soflusa this Friday, April 3rd. In a statement, TTSL informs that it will extend customer service hours by four hours per day starting next Monday, as the office previously closed at 16:30. With this measure, Transtejo Soflusa aims to improve the customer experience and adapt the service to the real needs of people, who will no longer be limited to such rigid schedules. According to the note, TTSL's goal is also to reduce waiting times, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. Transtejo Soflusa (TTSL) is the company responsible for the river connections between Seixal, Montijo, Cacilhas, Barreiro, and Trafaria/Porto Brandão, in the Setúbal district, and Lisbon.
