Husband of missing Brazilian woman tries to travel to Portugal
José Teodoro has sought help from the PSP, the consulate, and the Brazilian embassy in Lisbon to find his wife, who has been missing for a week. The Brazilian is in the process of obtaining a visa to travel to Portugal.
