Viana do Castelo rehabilitates the dilapidated Estrada de Santa Luzia; work costs more than €1.2 million

Viana do Castelo City Council approved, during this Tuesday's Executive meeting, the detailed design and the opening of a public tender for the rehabilitation of the Estrada de Santa Luzia. This is one of the main access routes to the hospital and to the town in Alto Minho, and is in an advanced state of degradation.
