On April 6th, Lisbon welcomes Lamina, a project dedicated to fire-based cooking and the full utilisation of ingredients. The new restaurant, located near Saldanha, is the first venture in the capital for the award-winning chef Vasco Coelho Santos, who leads the Euskalduna Studio in Porto.
