Porto Metropolitan Area leader wants to ban heavy goods vehicles on the VCI at peak times
The president of the Porto Metropolitan Area said he will propose to the Government banning heavy goods vehicles from the VCI during peak hours, as a complementary measure to the toll exemption on the CREP/A41.
