Pharol has signed an addendum to its agreement with Oi regarding obligations from the 2015 Contingency Letter, receiving 5.1 million euros. The company informed the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) that the escrow account established in 2020 has been closed, with the funds transferred to Pharol to cover potential and probable tax contingencies. The remaining balance of approximately 2.8 million euros will be transferred to Oi. Pharol stated that the transaction has no impact on its financial results and that Oi remains responsible for tax contingencies classified as remote. The bankruptcy of Oi has no financial repercussions for Pharol.

Fortinet's total sales increased by 26% in the second quarter, reaching 2.05 billion euros. The company saw earnings per share jump by 41% or 44% (depending on the metric) year-on-year. These figures were released in a statement to the press. The cybersecurity company is based in the US and has a presence in Portugal and dozens of countries worldwide. Fortinet reported that billings (which differ from total revenue) surged 33% year-on-year, reaching 2.37 billion in the period from April to June 2026. Meanwhile, product revenue reached 773 million, up 52% from a year earlier. GAAP earnings per share increased by 44% to 0.82 dollars, while non-GAAP earnings per share rose 41% to 0.90 dollars. Data also shows the GAAP operating margin advancing 34%, while the non-GAAP operating margin recorded an increase of 38%. Also in the second quarter, cash flow from operations reached 1.04 billion dollars, while free cash flow was 966 million. Kaspersky's revenue grew 4% to 710 million in 2025.
