“Porto IPO does not pay state allowance to those who harvest and transplant organs” is the headline of this Tuesday's DN, March 30. The complaint comes from the Northern Doctors' Union and has already been sent to the Health Inspectorate, the Executive Directorate, and the ministry for investigation. At issue are funds missing since 2001, when the law granting such an allowance was approved. The union will demand at least 12 million euros for the last five years.
