During a visit to Alcácer do Sal, one of the areas affected by storm Kristin, Infrastructure Minister Miguel Pinto Luz declined to speak to journalists, saying only that the Government and other bodies involved in the country's recovery are “working”, and expressing “hope” for the “enormous solidarity of the Portuguese”.
