PS and BE call for urgent hearing of Miguel Pinto Luz. Socialists call it a "particularly serious case"

The Socialist Party (PS) and the Left Bloc (BE) are requesting an urgent parliamentary hearing with the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing regarding the new Legal Regime for Urban Rehabilitation, citing a potential conflict of interest for Miguel Pinto Luz. The text calls for legislative changes to allow municipalities more control over economic activities in specific areas, balancing the need for simplified processes with the necessity of preserving local character and traditional commerce.
