The capital market regulator concluded that MFE will not have the power to exert dominant influence over Impresa and exempted the Italian group from launching a takeover bid. This was the final condition required to finalise the agreement signed in November, through which the group that owns Expresso and SIC gains a new reference shareholder with a 32.9% stake.
