Henrique Gouveia e Melo says he has, and will have, a good relationship with the prime minister if he is elected President of the Republic. During a visit to the market in Espinho, the hometown of Luís Montenegro, the presidential candidate says he will be demanding and expects loyalty from the prime minister to help move the country forward.
