This Monday, the Portuguese Language Business Women's Club, with the participation of the CPLP Embassy, the Brazilian Embassy, and the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will host an event in Lisbon focusing on connecting women to entrepreneurship and innovation. While women's presence in the international market is growing rapidly, they still hold only 17% of CEO positions. The event, titled 'Conecte-se', aims to address these disparities, highlighting the strategic value of female leadership and the need for gender equality in pay and representation, as seen in countries like Finland.
