Thirty-nine people have now been confirmed dead in the derailment of two high-speed trains in Spain. The toll is still being updated: of the 152 injured, at least 24 are in critical condition. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports there is no indication of Portuguese victims. Services between Madrid and Andalusia remain suspended.
