The ceremony revealing the new national selection of the Michelin Guide will take place on 10 March in Funchal. Five chefs are preparing the gala menu, which will be presented by Daniela Ruah. There remains the expectation that Portugal will, for the first time, have a restaurant awarded three Michelin stars.
