The Porto Court of Appeal has recognised as a work-related accident the fall of a Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) administrative worker, which occurred while she was returning to her workplace after having breakfast. The insurer Fidelidade, which had refused to pay, was ordered to compensate the worker with 12,000 euros.
