Nuno Melo revealed that a Council of Ministers resolution is already in the legislative pipeline to create an entity dedicated to auditing and overseeing the largest military investment made in democracy. State-to-state contracts for the purchase of frigates, armoured vehicles and other weaponry are expected to be known in May, the Minister of Defence told Parliament.
