Lufthansa confirms interest in TAP remains independent

Lufthansa Technik Portugal CEO Torsten Raabe stated that the company's new facility in Santa Maria da Feira is an independent investment from the group's bid to privatize TAP. The company also emphasized that its recent acquisition of Italy's ITA Airways does not affect its strategic interest in the Portuguese carrier.
