Patients at the Fernando da Fonseca Hospital in Amadora-Sintra have faced significant delays in the emergency department this week. Despite the end of the winter plan, urgent patients with yellow triage bracelets have waited nearly 13 hours for initial observation, while very urgent cases have faced waits exceeding four hours.
