As of March 24, Meo's fixed network availability in storm-affected areas is 95.9%, with full service restoration expected by April 30. While the mobile network has been fully restored, the fixed network requires more complex repairs, including the reconstruction of entire sections. Customers in affected areas will receive automatic credits on their bills for periods of service unavailability. NOS and Vodafone have not yet responded to requests for comment.
