“I tried to stop eating fish, but on the road it is very complicated. I had to make an exception so I wouldn't just eat potatoes and rice… I like to always have fresh fish and that magic of going to the market,” says Edmundo Inácio, who was born and raised in Portimão, on the Posto Emissor podcast.
