EDP Renováveis will vote at a general meeting on changing its official name to “EDP Renewables”, a proposal by majority shareholder EDP to align its legal name with the brand used internationally. In a statement released this Monday to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the company informs that the proposal will be analysed at the general meeting.
