The Portuguese chemical company Bondalti announced this Tuesday the appointment of Anton Valero as chairman and João Mello as CEO of Ercros, following the completion of the takeover bid for the Spanish company, reports El Economista. André Cabral also joins the Ercros board of directors. The new leadership was already anticipated.
