The concert Manuel João Vieira was to perform with Ena Pá 2000 and Irmãos Catita on Wednesday at the Titanic Sur Mer was cancelled shortly before the scheduled start time. The cancellation is reported to have been caused by a disagreement over payment, SIC reports.
