The municipalities of Águeda, Albergaria-a-Velha, Alcácer do Sal, Aveiro, Estarreja, Ílhavo, Murtosa, Ovar and Sever do Vouga have been placed in a state of calamity due to the occurrence or extreme risk of flooding.
