The president of the National Monitoring Commission for the Recovery and Resilience Plan does not rule out the possibility that measures from the PTRR - the programme created by the government to support municipalities affected by bad weather - could be supported by unspent RRP funds. Even so, the PTRR amounts are much smaller than those Portugal could lose if Brussels does not agree to extend the programme's deadline. Luís Montenegro has already stated he has guarantees that this will not happen.
