The Public Prosecutor's Office has shelved the preliminary investigation into the company Spinumviva, owned by the family of Luís Montenegro. As soon as Montenegro learned of it, he fired off harsh criticisms from Brussels at journalists, commentators and the Public Prosecutor's Office.
