After the 25-day deadline, the judges of the Constitutional Court announced on Monday the unconstitutionality of several provisions of the Nationality Law. This decision responds to two requests made by the PS. The law will now be sent to Belém, indicating its unconstitutionality, with the president resending it to the Assembly of the Republic.
