Porto City Council has already allocated 436 affordable housing units under the affordable rental programme promoted by Porto Vivo. The local authority estimates that around a thousand people are benefiting from this municipal initiative. In a statement, the Porto municipality noted that a draw was held to allocate 25 homes, thus continuing the process.
