The President of Brazil, Lula da Silva, is meeting this Tuesday in Lisbon with the Portuguese Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, and the President of the Republic, António José Seguro. Two demonstrations are taking place near the Belém Palace: one, organised by Chega, against the visit, and another in support of the Brazilian head of state.
