Chef António Simões combines childhood memories and global flavours in Intemporal's spring menu

Chef António Simões presents his first seasonal menu at the Intemporal restaurant in Paço d’Arcos, blending personal memories with international culinary influences. The 11-course spring menu features creative dishes such as 'Ovos Rotos' with toro, a Japanese-inspired 'Desde 1543' dish with acorn-fed ham and dashi, and a Thai-inspired 'Khao Soi'. The experience, which also includes desserts by pastry chef Letícia Silva, is available until July 21st.
