The Government will advance one-twelfth of municipal revenues during May to local authorities that had to cover the costs of urgent interventions caused by the so-called 'storm train' that devastated the regions in January and February of this year. The measure was published this Tuesday in the Diário da República and aims to 'ease cash flow pressure' on municipalities.
