Three Brazilian chefs are among the highlights of the second edition of the Ladies Night Fest, a project promoting female work in the restaurant industry in Portugal. The festival brings together over 30 professionals—including cooks, pastry chefs, sommeliers, and producers—across nine dinners in five cities from April to December. The first dates begin on April 18th at Casa do Gadanha in Estremoz, hosted by Rio-born chef Michele Marques, followed by a session on April 24th at the InDiferente restaurant in Porto, led by Angélica Salvador, who is also Brazilian and was recently awarded a Michelin star. The programme will continue throughout the year in Figueira da Foz, Lourinhã, and Lisbon, with further dates scheduled between June and December.
