The Lisbon City Council has approved the transfer of land to the real estate company SGAL for the construction of 243 residential units in Alto do Lumiar. The opposition is divided: the Left Bloc (BE) and Livre denounce a loss of public interest, while the Communist Party (PCP) abstained.
