The challenges of the maritime and carbon-neutral economy brought together dozens of partners and experts from eight countries in Viana do Castelo, all part of the Olamur project ('Offshore Low-trophic Aquaculture in Multi-use Scenarios'). The city in the Minho region is the national representative for this European project, which aims for 'better utilisation' of marine resources.
