What's the best time to ask for a pay rise?
A UK Biobank study — cited by the Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia — analysed data from about 88,000 people and concluded that the best time of day to ask for a pay rise is around 11:00 am. The explanation is linked to cortisol levels.
If you want to ask your employer for a pay rise, do it "at 11:00"
