“Unfortunately, there are not enough customers for organic wine”. Why?
Owner of the brands Monte Velho, Assobio, Defesa, Bico Amarelo, Herdade do Esporão, and Quinta das Murças, Esporão has been investing heavily in organic production. Even though customers continue to prefer traditional production, the trend is to maintain it, because organic production truly guarantees better wines and olive oils.
