Unions and associations sign the collective contract revision this Tuesday. Companies that breach working-time limits will pay a 75% surcharge. Pay rises of 5.75%, retroactive to January 2026.

Voting is scheduled for Thursday and Friday next week. Increases will be phased: 2.8% in January and a further 2.5% from October. The company guarantees an extra €100 for the lowest-paid employees.

The new pre-agreement provides for pay increases of 2.8% this month and a further 2.5% in October, each with a guaranteed minimum of €50 (a combined minimum of €100). It also includes an attendance bonus of €500.
