Universities should be able to resume dialogue with the Armed Forces

At the conference 'Universities and European Defence: priorities, dilemmas and impacts', organised by the University of Coimbra and to which Expresso joined as a media partner, academic and military experts point to paths forward and warn that the 'Old Continent' needs to do much more than military modernisation.
