The government approved a change in the Council of Ministers that regulates the payment method for the Single Circulation Tax, but it will only take effect in 2027. Previously, payment was due in February, but it has now been moved to April.
The Government has approved changes to the payment of the Single Circulation Tax (IUC) during a Council of Ministers meeting. Payments will now be made at the same time for all taxpayers, regardless of the registration month. However, contrary to initial announcements, these changes will only take effect in 2027, not 2026.
