From the use of painkillers to gender differences in bullying, as well as confiding in friends and the pleasure of reading, there are notable changes in the habits of young people between 2019 and 2024.

Access to the application is free for the first month of use by University of Lisbon students, upon authentication with institutional credentials.

Research indicates that early school start times conflict with the biological rhythms of teenagers, negatively impacting their cognitive performance, mental health, and sleep quality. Experts advocate for more flexible schedules to align with the natural delay in melatonin production during puberty, noting that screen addiction further exacerbates the growing sleep deficit among Portuguese students.

Mental health is also a concern: 3 in every 10 teenagers feel sad always or almost always, with girls leading the figures for bullying and sadness.

The association's project is being developed at a school in Maia and intervenes with students who suffered from chronic boredom in class, school isolation, addictions, or who were self-harming.
