Get ready: Lisbon will have 17 'blocos' parading at Carnival, warns city council
The regional administration says it will provide support to the blocos under a protocol signed between mayor Carlos Moedas and Brazil's ambassador to Portugal, Raimundo Carreiro. Eight neighbourhoods will host parades.
