€350,000 investment to restore several stained-glass windows at the Monastery of Batalha
Several stained-glass windows at the Monastery of Batalha, including some that will be the only 16th-century examples in Portugal, will be restored as part of a €350,000 investment, according to the tender published on Thursday in the Diário da República.

The restoration covers the stained-glass windows of the church's main chapel and a stained-glass window in the Chapter House, all composed of multiple panels. The investment had been planned five years ago.
