Supreme Court ends pay discrimination against nurses

The STJ (Superior Court of Justice) orders the Algarve Local Health Unit (ULS) to pay back pay for 2018–2021 to almost 300 nurses on individual contracts. The decision removes salary discrimination and could affect up to 7,000 professionals nationwide.
